Evaluation & Program Set-up
Intake &
Evaluation
 | ABLE Consulting will perform an in-home
evaluation (Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills) & parent
interview.

| Follow-up
meeting with family to review evaluation report & discuss objectives and
home-based therapy programs.
|
Initial Program
Development & Training
| ABLE Consulting will develop
individualized core objectives & programs based on
evaluation & parent interview.
|
| ABLE Consulting will facilitate
parent & therapy assistant trainings.
|
Consultation
Services
| Consultation
services will be provided to review
the child’s progress, introduce updates to individualized program, review
any school or community issues, training, and support needs. In addition to
parent
& therapy assistant attendance, additional community partners are
encouraged to attend as well. ie schools, etc.

| Consultation services available
for observing therapy assistants and/or special circumstances.
|
| Program development
including but not limited to: video tape review, weekly summary review, summary reports,
program writing, and material preparation.
|
Review
Assessments
| ABLE Consulting will meet with family to formally review child’s progress and make
necessary revisions to individualized program.
|
| ABLE Consulting will
complete the Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills (ABLLS)
assessment on a quarterly basis.
